You will leverage new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile mindset. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies will be key components of your role, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with cloud technologies and services. - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Automation in Application Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
