JOB POSITION
- Carelon Global Solutions India is looking for a skilled Tech lead.
- The role is accountable and responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, supervision, and management of technology initiatives within the lab environment.
- This role involves leading a team, managing the lifecycle of ideas, and diagnosing problems to ensure the successful development and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Additionally, the Lead Consultant will be tasked with storytelling, document preparation, and content creation, ensuring clear communication and alignment with technical language and goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Technology Strategic Planning and Selection
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support lab objectives.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology plans with business goals.
Lab Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the technology lab.
- Ensure the lab environment is safe, productive, and conducive to innovation.
- Manage lab resources, including equipment, software, and supplies
Lab Team Capacity Management
- Lead and mentor a team of lab professionals by providing technical guidance, including hiring, training tech professionals
- Plan and allocate team capacity to meet project demands and timelines.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Low-Level Solution for Ideas
- Develop and implement low-level technical solutions for new ideas and projects.
- Work closely with the team to prototype and test solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and align with project requirements.
- Idea in Lab Lifecycle Management
- Manage the lifecycle of ideas from inception to implementation within the lab.
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to refine and execute idea
Diagnose Problems
- Identify and diagnose technical problems within lab projects and solutions.
- Implement effective troubleshooting and problem-solving strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
Storytelling and Content Creation
- Develop and deliver compelling stories to communicate the impact and value of lab projects.
- Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and presentations for various audiences.
- Create and correlate content that aligns with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understanding Technical Language
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of technical language and concepts within the team and with stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical information into accessible and understandable content
- Research industry related topics.
- Generate pitches based on current events and market trends.
- Market Innovative products and services through catalogues that can be published as success stories and used in commercialization.
- Researches, develops, and creates complex communications materials.
- Creates development and implementation of an Innovative and strategic communications plan and related initiatives with recommended format, content and methods.
- Conceptualize and create contents including White Papers, Case studies, Thought Leadership articles, Product/Solution Docs, Catalogues, Social Media Content, Infographics, newsletters etc.
- Work and collaborate with the relevant people across departments to source information.
- Partner with all communication verticals in the organization and other stakeholders to deliver quality output consistently.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 8-10 years of experience in Technology Management
- Managed a team of 10+ Developers
- Proven experience in technology management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
- Experience with lab environments and innovation management is a plus.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Advanced degree or certification in technology management or a related field.
- Experience in managing technology labs or innovation centers.
- Knowledge of the full lifecycle of technology development and implementation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with a range of technology platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on business.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Proficiency in storytelling, document preparation, and content creation.
