Job Title: Full Stack Developer Reporting Structure: Reports to the Manager/Senior Manager Location: Mumbai Education: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Master s degree preferred) Experience Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of overall experience At least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing web applications using: Angular 7/8 or above with Spring Boot J2EE with Spring MVC framework, Hibernate, Jasper, JSP, Servlets, etc. Experience in designing and developing Web Services (SOAP, WS-Security, RESTful) Familiarity with web application deployment and troubleshooting on Web Application Servers (WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss) Experience in designing and maintaining back-end components across various database applications (Oracle 11g above preferred) Exposure to Software Development and Support functions Preferred Industry: Candidates from Technology, ITES, Shared Services, or Banking organizations are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, install, and maintain software systems, potentially involving shift-based work depending on business requirements. Conduct code reviews. Follow standard SDLC methodologies to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Adhere to project development standards, including tools, platforms, methodologies, and controls. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all enhancements and releases. Assist in reviewing and improving the existing technical architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies. Adapt to different technologies and various stages of the software development lifecycle. Required Skills Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to quickly learn new technologies and deliver results in software development and support projects. A team player with a strong work ethic and adaptability. Certifications: Technology and domain-specific certifications are an added advantage.
