Full Stack Developer

As a highly skilled Full Stack Developer, you will be joining our dynamic and agile Rapid Application Development team. Your primary responsibility will involve the end-to-end development of web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. A solid understanding of client-side and server-side technologies is crucial for building efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications. - Managing the development lifecycle of various applications to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability - Participating in technical design and development, investigating and resolving high-severity issues - Collaborating with Business Analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications - Implementing interfaces and integrated solutions, deploying and scaling new instances - Proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks and performance bottlenecks To excel in this role, you should have: - Proficiency in back-end development expertise, including server-side programming in Java and working within relevant frameworks - Extensive experience with front-end technologies like React or Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, and CSS proficiency - Experience in database management, API development and integration, Agile methodologies, Python scripting, low-code platforms, DevOps and CI/CD, cloud services, and problem-solving skills You must possess excellent: - Analytical and problem-solving abilities - Communication and collaboration skills - Commitment to continuous learning in full stack development With a minimum of 8 years of hands-on development experience across the full stack and a background in commodity trading, banking, Fintech, or related industries, you will be well-equipped to thrive in this role. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. You will report to the Head of IT Trading India and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovative solutions and meet project deadlines.,
