About The Role

We’re looking for an early-career

Full Stack Developer

who lives and breathes the

MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

. You’ll work on end-to-end feature delivery—from designing REST/GraphQL APIs to crafting pixel-perfect React components—while collaborating closely with product, design, and DevOps teams.What You’ll Do

Build, ship, own: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Full-cycle engineering: Tackle everything from database schema design to front-end performance tuning.
Quality first: Write clean, maintainable code, set up unit/integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
Agile collaboration: Work in short sprints, give and receive feedback quickly, and iterate toward product-market fit.
Continuous learning: Explore and prototype emerging tools (AI agents, test-automation frameworks, etc.) to keep our stack ahead of the curve.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

MERN stack expertise (projects or 6 – 12 months industry use).
Solid grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, async patterns, and REST/GraphQL fundamentals.
Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-moving environment (6-day workweek).

Good-to-Have Extras

Selenium/WebDriver automation experience for UI or end-to-end testing.
Exposure to AI agents / LLM-driven services (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.).
Containerization skills (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Compensation & Perks

Salary: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA, commensurate with experience.
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (one Saturday off per month).
