Job Title: Full Stack Developer (SDE-II) Location: Kolkata Job Type: Full-time Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack development. Proven expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong experience with back-end technologies, such as PHP Laravel, Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java. Proficiency in database design and management using MySQL and PostgreSQL. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions tailored to business needs. Key Responsibilities: Front-End Development: Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs that enhance user experience. Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic using technologies such as PHP Laravel, Node.js, and Python. Design and manage databases, ensuring high performance and responsiveness (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Implement security best practices and data protection measures. Full Stack Integration: Integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless, end-to-end solutions. Develop APIs and microservices to facilitate communication between different systems. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to ensure application functionality, usability, and performance. Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues in a timely manner. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development efficiency. Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. Contribute to the development of internal tools and libraries to streamline workflows. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Nice to Have: Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with microservices architecture. Expertise in performance optimization and application scalability.
