Full Stack Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer proficient in both frontend and backend technologies to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. You’ll partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver user-centric solutions with clean, modular, and testable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Web Application Development: Architect, develop, and maintain responsive, modern web applications using frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
• 
  User-Centric Collaboration: Work closely with designers and product managers to plan and deliver features that enhance user experience.

· Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, modular, well-documented code that is easy to test, maintain, and scale.

· Performance & Scalability Optimization: Ensure fast load times, high availability, and scalability by optimizing both front-end performance and backend infrastructure.

  Agile Development & Reviews: Participate in agile ceremonies—planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and conduct code reviews to uphold quality and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue).

  Backend Proficiency: Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
• 
  Database & API Skills: Experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), along with building RESTful APIs.
• 
  Version Control: Comfortable using Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) for version control and collaborative workflows.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 
  3–6 years as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, demonstrating end-to-end product delivery.
