This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer (NestJS, Next.js, React.js, MongoDB) at Bwisher Nepal. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing and developing front-end and back-end components, building and maintaining robust software systems, and ensuring seamless integration between different development layers. The developer will also be tasked with debugging, deploying applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in React.js and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
Back-End Web Development skills, with expertise in NestJS and MongoDB
Full-Stack Development experience, with the ability to build and integrate both client-side and server-side components
Software Development skills, including debugging, deployment, and maintenance of applications
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus
