Role Overview As a UI/UX Designer at B.Wisher Nepal, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and customer-focused. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications . Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve user experience. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs. Maintain and enhance the design system and brand guidelines . Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices . Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs . Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator . Solid understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability testing . Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design . Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and passion for creating great user experiences. Nice to Have Experience working with developers (React.js, Next.js, etc.) . Knowledge of motion graphics or micro-interactions .
