Job Description

Experience Required:

5+ years
in
frontend (ReactJS/NextJs) & backend (Node.js)
development.
3+ years
of hands-on
Node.js
(Express/NestJS).
Strong expertise in
MongoDB, RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Redis, ElasticSearch.
Experience in
RESTful APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
Leadership experience
mentoring teams, code reviews, and agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team while contributing as an
individual developer
on live cloud-based apps.
Design, develop, test, and deploy
new features
in
React & Node.js
applications.
Ensure
best practices
(TDD, CI/CD, code readability, scalability).
Optimize
backend performance
(DB queries, caching, API latency).
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with
Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/GCP.
