Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work on both server-side and client-side code, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Technical Skills:

• Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js preferred)
• Back-End: Node.js, Express.js, or Java with Spring Boot.
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab.
• Web Servers: Apache, Nginx (or similar).
• APIs: RESTful APIs, WebSocket.
• Others: Basic knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD), Docker is a plus.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and development processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks (React Native, Flutter, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices.
