We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience who can work independently to develop and maintain our AI-driven e-learning platform. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated , capable of managing tasks without constant supervision, and able to take ownership of projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Independently design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications for IDC India’s platform. Work on front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) to build intuitive user interfaces. Develop back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks . Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase) efficiently. Optimize the platform’s performance, security, and scalability . Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues without requiring constant supervision. Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other team members while maintaining autonomy over assigned projects. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and suggest improvements proactively. Key Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer . Strong ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal guidance. Proficiency in front-end development (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails). Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), and DevOps . Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills . Strong understanding of version control (Git/GitHub) and deployment processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in startups or independently managing projects . Knowledge of AI/ML integration, chatbots, or recommendation systems is a plus. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for web applications. Why Join IDC India?
