Full stack developer

As a Programmer Analyst at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be a part of the Identity and Access Management Team responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing production, development, and test systems in a 24x7 mission critical environment. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with around 3 to 5 years of hands-on technical experience in Java, Groovy, Grails, and Spring Framework. Your role will involve building integrations and developing tools for the Identity & Access management domain to contribute to critical application and product development projects with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take complete responsibility of the features developed from coding to deployments. - Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise. - Contribute to critical application and product development projects with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement. - Maintain and enhance existing APIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements. - Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency. - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and possess strong analytical and communication skills. - Proficiency in database management, including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system requirements. - Knowledge of messaging tools such as Kafka, MQ, and Rabbit MQ, as well as proficiency in CI/CD. - Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular. **Qualifications Required:** - 1+ year of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation with a Bachelor's degree in a non-technical field or 3+ years of work experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent. - 3-5 years of development experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Web Services. - Experience with Agile development methodology, Test-Driven Development, Incremental delivery, and CI/CD. - Thorough understanding of OOPS concepts, design principles, and implementation of different types of design patterns. - Experience with programming languages like Java, Groovy, Python, and Front-End related languages like Angular, TypeScript, or JavaScript. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design. - Experience with Splunk for log management and system monitoring.
