Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.
Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, or Angular (frontend).
Strong backend skills in Node.js, Express.js, Python, Django, or PHP/Laravel (choose based on your company stack — I can customize).
Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Experience with API development and integration.
Solid understanding of Git, version control, CI/CD workflows.
Knowledge of server-side rendering, microservices, and REST architecture.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or other cloud platforms.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps practices.
Understanding of Unit Testing / Jest / Mocha.
Experience building scalable SaaS applications.
Knowledge of performance optimization at both frontend and backend levels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for both frontend and backend components.
Design and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
Integrate RESTful APIs and troubleshoot issues related to performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver robust features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best development practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring continuous improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
