Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: You are a talented MERN Full Stack Developer who excels in creativity and attention to detail. You will be developing dynamic applications for a large user base utilizing the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs - Work closely with UI/UX designers to transform creative designs into interactive applications - Develop reusable, testable, and efficient front-end and back-end components - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and scalability - Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies - Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows - Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug production systems Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with the MERN stack in a production environment - Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, React (Hooks, Context, Redux), and Node.js - Experience with MongoDB, including schema design and data modeling - Deep understanding of API design, security best practices, and data validation - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure - Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation tools (e.g., Jest, Mocha) - Experience with performance tuning, caching strategies, and horizontal scaling - Strong grasp of product design, UX, and front-end performance optimization - Excellent problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and attention to detail Please note that this is a full-time position requiring working during the day shift at the designated in-person work location.,
