Experience: 5–6 yearsLocation: PuneAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in React.js and strong backend development skills in Python or Java Spring Boot.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:•Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications with modern front-end and back-end technologies.•Build responsive, high-quality UIs using React.js (Next.js or Angular experience is a plus).•Develop and optimize RESTful APIs or microservices using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) or Java Spring Boot.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.•Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and security.Required Skills & Experience:•Atleast 5–6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development.•Expert-level proficiency in React.js and front-end frameworks.•Strong backend development experience in Python or Java Spring Boot.•Solid understanding of API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git).•Experience in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Preferred / Good to Have:•Exposure to Next.js or Angular frameworks.•Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native development.•Familiarity with DevOps workflows and automated testing frameworks.BenefitsAs per company standards.
