About the Role

We are seeking skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team on a short-term contract basis (1 month). This role involves developing a prototype into a working model for an innovative fintech compliance solution. You’ll work across the stack using Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and SQL, with opportunities to explore AI technologies as part of the project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to design, build, and refine a functional prototype.
• Develop backend services using Java and Node.js.
• Implement front-end components with JavaScript.
• Design and manage SQL databases for efficient data handling.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Experiment with AI integration possibilities for future enhancements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and SQL.
• Experience building and deploying working prototypes or MVPs.
• Knowledge of fintech or compliance domains is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI technologies is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Engagement Details

• Contract role (remote)
• Duration: Short term, 20–40 hours to be completed within 4 weeks
• Goal: Complete a working prototype with potential for further collaboration
