About the Role We are seeking skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team on a short-term contract basis (1 month). This role involves developing a prototype into a working model for an innovative fintech compliance solution. You’ll work across the stack using Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and SQL, with opportunities to explore AI technologies as part of the project. Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to design, build, and refine a functional prototype. Develop backend services using Java and Node.js. Implement front-end components with JavaScript. Design and manage SQL databases for efficient data handling. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability. Experiment with AI integration possibilities for future enhancements. Requirements 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and SQL. Experience building and deploying working prototypes or MVPs. Knowledge of fintech or compliance domains is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies is an advantage. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. As an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Consultant at TechElevate in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of the current ERM framework, governance structures, and practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying gaps and recommending improvements to comply with SAMA ERM regulations and ISO 31000 best practices. - Developing and implementing a robust ERM strategy aligned with organizational objectives and risk culture. - Drafting, reviewing, and updating ERM-related policies, standards, and procedures. - Establishing clear governance structures for risk ownership, reporting, and escalation. - Integrating risk management into corporate strategy, business planning, and decision-making processes. - Developing or refining the Risk Appetite Statement and Risk Tolerance limits with senior management and the board. - Aligning risk appetite with regulatory expectations, business objectives, and capital adequacy requirements. - Implementing a structured risk assessment program covering risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and monitoring. - Facilitating workshops and interviews with business units to assess strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and reputational risks. - Creating and maintaining risk registers, heat maps, and dashboards to improve visibility of risk exposures. - Providing periodic risk reports to senior management, Risk Committees, and the Board. - Ensuring all ERM activities comply with SAMA ERM framework and ISO 31000:2018 principles. - Supporting internal and external audits and regulatory reviews by providing evidence of ERM compliance. - Delivering training and awareness sessions on ERM concepts, policies, and responsibilities. - Fostering a risk-aware culture throughout the organization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of ISO 31000 risk management standards.
