Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our innovative recruitment platform that leverages Language Models (LLMs) to transform the hiring process. You will work closely with our team to ensure the platform is efficient, scalable, and user-friendly, helping us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Proficiency in back-end languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
