contribution with team-level impact by taking ownership of business-critical features and help
drive the day-to-day execution of our engineering team. Youll work closely with the Head of
Engineering and act as a key contributor while stepping into a leadership path.
The role is ideal for someone ready to:
Stay hands-on with code and ship robust, scalable features
Guide design and architecture decisions
Unblock other engineers and own sprint planning where needed
Ensure continuous delivery, maintain backlog hygiene, and uphold enigneering
standards
strategy, roadmap, and org scaling. This is an opportunity to grow into a tech leadership position,
while solving real-world problems that sit at the intersection of supply chain, fintechm and
3-4 years of experience as a full stack engineer (Python + Angular or similar)
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design
Proficient with SQL and building performant queries
Experience with RESTful APIs, backend frameworks (FastAPI/Django with ORM), and
frontend architecture
Familiarity with Git, AWS / GCP, CI/CD pipelines, modern development workflows
