Full Stack Developer (1–3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.
• Implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services when needed.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage, management, and optimization.
• Deploy and manage applications using AWS services and other cloud tools.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack to maintain application quality.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Databases: Experience with both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
• Cloud: Working knowledge of AWS Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
• Other: Strong understanding of Git, REST APIs, and modern web architecture
• Excellent communication skills — English fluency is required for client interaction
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

1 – 3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer

Compensation:

₹12,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
