QA Tester (Quality Assurance)

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring a Software Tester (QA) to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will work closely with our developers to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our web applications. This role is perfect for someone with a strong attention to detail, good analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Experience:

6 months to 2 years in software testing (manual or functional)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and functional testing of web applications.
• Execute test cases, identify bugs, and report issues accurately.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve software defects.
• Participate in SDLC processes, ensuring quality at every stage of development.
• Validate fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
• Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation and reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manual testing and functional testing concepts.
• Basic understanding of automation testing tools (added advantage).
• Experience with web application testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in BCA, BE/B.Tech (Computer or IT), MCA, or Diploma in Computer/IT.

Compensation:

₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
