ROLE : Full Stack Architect

Center of Excellence in Human-centered Computing at IIIT Delhi is inviting applications for “Full Stack

Architect - Product Strategy Unit .” The Product Strategy Unit for Inclusive Public Technology is an

initiative aimed at bringing industry and academic experts together and enabling the creation of

digital public goods, bodies of knowledge, and implementation processes to help make public digital

systems more inclusive and expand the reach of public service delivery.

This role offers the opportunity to impact public infrastructure and services through innovative

digital solutions significantly. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology for social good

and able to navigate complex stakeholder environments while driving product success. In this role,

you will be working closely with various government departments and provide support to develop

highly scalable, secure, user friendly and robust technology products

The candidate should be well-versed in developing and managing enterprise-grade software

applications and be familiar with current technological trends.

The candidate should have 5+ yrs of experience in full stack development.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Guide and mentor junior developers, inculcate best coding, design and architectural

practices

● Build, deploy and maintain end to end enterprise-grade applications with appropriate

frontend and backend technologies

● Review existing applications and identity performance improvements, and demonstrate

them with either POC or product implementations

● Work on reusable technologies components that can serve as best practice implementations

across various software applications

● Build, deploy and maintain any internal products developed CHCC for its stakeholders

● Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

● Follow best practices in software development lifecycle including code quality, security,

CI/CD

Qualifications :

Educational qualifications: B. Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/

Electronics/ Information Technology or related fields

Required Skills :

Frontend technologies like ReactJS, React Native, Flutter or Angular

Backend technologies like NodeJS, Java, Python or Go

Database systems - SQL and NoSQL

Observability tools and Logging

Salary and Duration

The salary will be in the range of 20 Lakhs - 40 Lakhs per year based on the candidate's qualification

and experience. The duration of the job will be equal to the duration of the project and co-terminus

with the project.The position is contractual and project-based. Currently the project duration is till

July 31st 2026.
