Key Responsibilities: - Perform complex and specific audit procedures, developing client-focused audit strategies - Coach and manage a team of audit professionals, providing them with necessary information, tools, and growth opportunities - Build relationships that facilitate tailored services meeting various assurance needs and support new business development - Identify and address potential risks, innovate to enhance products and processes, drive growth, and increase revenue - Stay updated on business trends and emerging technologies to maintain your reputation as a trusted business advisor Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business discipline, with a minimum of eighteen (18) months of work experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm - Internationally recognized professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent; candidates in the process of obtaining professional accounting licenses will also be considered - Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS - Strong communication, negotiation, and collaborative management skills - Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Additional Company Details: EY aims to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society, while promoting trust in the capital markets.
