6:00 PM – 2:30 AM ISTWe are seeking an experienced

FSM Contractor

to support our ongoing projects. The consultant will be responsible for handling

Field Service Management (FSM)

related activities, ensuring smooth implementation, support, and integration with other business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on SAP Field Service Management (FSM) implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective FSM solutions.
  • Handle integration of FSM with backend ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA/ECC or others).
  • Manage end-to-end FSM processes including service order management, scheduling, dispatching, and execution.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver technical/functional documentation and support end-user training.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
  • Good understanding of service operations, workforce scheduling, and dispatching.
  • Experience in integration with SAP ERP systems (S/4 HANA, ECC).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
