Role Overview

FSL Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce and FSL architectural design, development, and implementation.
  
• Own end-to-end solution design for new FSL implementations.
  
• Define data models, security models, integration architectures, and deployment processes.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and optimize overall system performance.
  
• Support CI/CD processes and release management activities.
  
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, performance guidelines, and security controls.
  

Required Skills & Experience

Salesforce & FSL Expertise

• 10+ years

  of Salesforce experience.

• 5+ years

  of Architecture experience.

• 2+ years

  of end-to-end Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation from scratch.
• Strong experience in

  data modelling

  , solution design, and system architecture.
• Capability to design flows for purchase-related business processes.
  

Technical Skills

• Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder,

  LWC

  , Apex, Flows.
• Salesforce Security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OAuth, SSO).
  
• Strong in

  SOQL/SOSL

  , including dynamic queries.
• Integration knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple integration patterns.
  
• Experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
  

Tools & DevOps

• Data Loader, Workbench, Postman, Salesforce Inspector.
  
• CI/CD tools: GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, etc.
  
• Connected Apps setup and Single Sign-On configuration.
  

Certifications

• Should hold

  Application Architect

  certification (minimum).
