Job Description

Work with Project Team of Human Resource – Assist D.H. (H.R.) for implementing H.R. related activities. Working with project team of H.R. and completion of day to day assigned activities. To get exposure of variety of jobs related to project with respect to H.R. Recruitment and induction related activities – Assist D.H. (H.R.) in recruitment with stipulated time frame and within budgeted cost. Smooth induction of employees. Completion of all joining formalities for a new joinee at project. Coordination of Interviews. Coordinate in Training related activities to ensure optimum performance from an individual for achieving targets – Preparation of Annual and monthly training calendar. Effective coordination, scheduling and monitoring of Training Programs. Measuring training effectiveness. Maintaining proper records related to Training. Proper training and development programs to be reviewed. People Soft Poornata – Ensure full compliance in Poornata. Assist D.H. (H.R.) in Performance Management System for reviewing the performance. Assist D.H. (H.R.) in group values/policies/ vision/ mission & objectives. Co-ordinate with FH Pers. & HR for monitoring the development of superiors, peers. Show more Show less
