Frontend/UI Designer & Developer

Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly layouts using Figma (wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
• Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into high-quality, responsive front-end code.
• Develop and maintain clean, modular, and reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization of front-end code.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end designs with APIs and systems.
• Implement and maintain design consistency, branding, and responsiveness across projects.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot issues to deliver smooth user experiences.
• Stay updated with modern frontend frameworks, tools, and coding practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•   1–3 years of experience in UI design and front-end development.
•   Strong proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, UI design).
•   Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Animations), and basic JavaScript/jQuery.
•   Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
•   Ability to create visually appealing designs and translate them into working code.
•   Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic workflow tools.
•   Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as a one-person design-development team.

Qualifications

• Experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or CorelDraw for supporting assets.
