About the Role

This internship is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in web development and UI implementation. The selected candidate will work on building and enhancing web interfaces, integrating e-commerce components, and improving website performance. This role provides practical exposure to frontend technologies, version control workflows, and collaborative development.


Responsibilities

  • Build and update responsive and mobile-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Convert design elements into functional UI components aligned with brand standards.
  • Support integration of e-commerce features and payment gateways (e.g., Ecwid, Razorpay).
  • Conduct performance optimization and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement front-end improvements based on testing results and feedback.
  • Work with Git/GitHub for code management and collaboration.
  • Coordinate closely with design and content teams to ensure accuracy in delivery.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of React.js / Next.js / Node.js is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsiveness, and layout structure.
  • Basic SEO awareness and familiarity with website analytics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot layout inconsistencies and performance issues.
  • Effective communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
