Frontend UI/UX Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Front End Developer (UI/UX) with expertise in NextJS, TailwindCSS, and other modern UI frameworks to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web applications that deliver an excellent user experience.

You will collaborate closely with designers and backend developers, translating concepts and wireframes into high-quality code while ensuring performance, accessibility, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using NextJS, React.js, and TailwindCSS.
• Implement reusable UI components and ensure seamless integration with APIs.
• Convert designs from Figma/Adobe XD/wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code.
• Enhance the user experience with animations, transitions, and UI interactions (using frameworks such as Framer Motion, Radix UI, or Shadcn/UI).
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and SEO compliance.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure efficient data integration.
• Perform testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and frontend best practices.

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of proven experience as a Front End Developer or UI/UX Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in NextJS, React.js, and TailwindCSS.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks (e.g., Shadcn/UI, Radix UI, Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI).
• Good knowledge of responsive design principles, accessibility (WCAG standards), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with RESTful APIs / GraphQL integration.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Framer Motion or other animation libraries.
• Knowledge of Storybook for component-driven development.
• Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or Recoil for state management.
• Basic understanding of Node.js, Laravel, or backend APIs.
• Experience deploying apps to Vercel, Netlify, or AWS.
