Frontend Software Engineer (Next.js)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using React and Next.js.
• Build server-side rendered (SSR) and static site generated (SSG) applications using Next.js capabilities.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs for smooth and efficient data flow.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to convert designs into refined, user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, modular, and scalable code aligned with industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold code quality.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug complex problems, and optimize performance.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, tools, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in React.js and the Next.js ecosystem, including SSR, SSG, routing, and API routes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integration.
• Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
• Ability to write maintainable, testable, and scalable code.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  

Good to Have

• Working knowledge of Angular.
• Familiarity with Angular state management (e.g., NgRx).
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Experience building responsive, accessible, cross-browser compatible interfaces.
• Exposure to frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Bonus: Experience with Flutter or React Native
