Role Overview

Front-End Developer

Key Responsibilities

Convert
Figma / Adobe XD designs
into clean, responsive HTML & CSS
Build
mobile-first
, cross-browser compatible web pages
Optimize pages for
speed, SEO, and performance (Core Web Vitals)
Maintain and improve existing websites & landing pages
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend developers
Ensure UI consistency across devices and screen sizes
Fix UI bugs and improve visual/UX issues proactively

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with
HTML5 & CSS3
Excellent understanding of
responsive design
(Flexbox, Grid)
Experience with
Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
Solid grasp of
browser compatibility & CSS debugging
Basic understanding of
JavaScript
(DOM, events – not heavy frameworks)
Familiarity with
SEO-friendly markup
Experience working with live websites (agency/startup experience preferred)

Good to Have (Bonus)

Basic knowledge of
JavaScript / jQuery
Experience with
WordPress / CMS-based sites
Understanding of
landing page CRO principles
Familiarity with
Git / version control
Exposure to
performance marketing landing pages
