As a skilled and passionate UI/UX Frontend Developer with 3-4 years of experience, you will be joining our dynamic team at Synnefa Technologies. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end frontend development process and demonstrating a deep understanding of modern UI/UX principles. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute the entire frontend development lifecycle, including wireframing, prototyping, and final implementation - Design, develop, and maintain responsive and interactive web applications and user interfaces - Collaborate closely with design teams to translate mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect front-end code - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience - Address complex UI/UX challenges and continuously enhance the user journey - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization across various devices - Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and technical guidelines for frontend development Qualifications & Skills: - 3-4 years of experience in frontend development and UI/UX design - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Angular, HTML5, and CSS3 - Proven experience in developing wireframes, designing mockups, and creating interactive UI components - Experience in developing web applications and mobile applications - Ability to conceptualize, design, and implement solutions that address major UI/UX challenges - Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD - Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for improving the user experience - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and collaboration skills If you are excited to bring your skills and experience to our team and tackle new challenges, please submit your resume to career@synnefatech.com and a cover letter explaining why you are the ideal candidate for this position.
