Frontend Developer

We are looking for Frontend Engineers with senior-level experience to join our network. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with our clients to design and deliver solutions that meet business requirements and enhance the effectiveness of their software delivery capability. You will work within teams that leverage modern agile technical practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and fast feedback loops, to provide timely and practical solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in helping others enhance their effectiveness in their respective roles. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and the team to identify system requirements and determine optimal delivery methods. - Implement software delivery using agile practices such as pair programming, TDD, and CI/CD. - Automate system infrastructure and deployments. - Provide production support for the systems you work on, following a "you build it, you run it" approach. - Advocate for agile practices within the client organization. - Mentor client team members. - Contribute to enhancing the team and clients" delivery capabilities. Required Skills: - Extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and operating enterprise-scale distributed systems. - Expertise in web development, Javascript, and related tooling. Familiarity with Javascript frameworks like ReactJS, VueJS, and AngularJS is highly desirable. - Up-to-date knowledge of semantic HTML & CSS. - Hands-on experience in building performant, secure, and accessible applications. - Proficiency in test-driven development and other automated testing methodologies. - Strong comprehension of agile development principles and their practical implementation in diverse contexts. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams. - Strong interpersonal skills, with a willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with team members, including clients, towards common goals. Nice To Have: - Experience in developing distributed systems, including micro frontend architectures. - Experience in developing and managing large-scale production systems in containerized/cloud environments using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
