About the Role

We are seeking a Front Office cum Sales Executive who will be the face of Ramagya Sports Academy. This role blends hospitality with sales excellence—ensuring every visitor is welcomed warmly while actively contributing to membership growth. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-centric, and passionate about fitness and wellness environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Operations

  • Welcome and greet visitors, members, and potential clients with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Manage front desk operations including walk-in enquiries, appointment scheduling, call handling, and visitor logs.
  • Provide accurate information regarding gym membership plans, services, class schedules, and facilities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to reflect RSA’s premium environment.
  • Coordinate with trainers, operations staff, and management for smooth day-to-day functioning.

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Engage with walk-ins and inbound leads to understand fitness goals and recommend suitable membership plans.
  • Follow up with enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert leads into memberships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through active promotion of gym packages, personal training, and wellness programs.
  • Conduct membership tours highlighting RSA’s sports infrastructure, training quality, and USP.
  • Maintain sales records, update CRM/lead sheets, and share daily conversion reports with management.

Customer Service & Retention

  • Address member concerns and guide them to the right point of contact.
  • Build positive relationships with clients to enhance member retention and satisfaction.
  • Support membership renewals by proactively engaging clients before expiry.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales orientation with confidence in pitching services.
  • Pleasant personality, grooming, and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, email etiquette).
  • Fluency in English preferred.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or sales (experience in gyms/fitness centers will be an added advantage).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
