Front Office Receptionist

White Surface Studio is a leading Manufacturer of Home Decor and Home Temples.

This is a full-time position for a Front Office Receptionist at White Surface Studio. Based on-site at the Kolkata office, the role involves managing the front office area, greeting visitors, handling customer inquiries with a professional demeanor, and ensuring smooth communication flow within the organization. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and maintaining a presentable office area.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Receptionist Duties, Front Office operations, and Phone Etiquette
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a welcoming environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and scheduling software
• Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the solid surface or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work on-site at Metropolitan, Kolkata during regular business hours

Salary Range : 10K to 15K + Incentive.

Sunday is working. You will get a Week-off between Tuesday or Wednesday.
