Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Receptionist role located in Jaipur. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls and emails, ensuring the smooth functioning of the reception area, and coordinating with other departments as needed. Additional tasks include maintaining schedules, handling inquiries, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support as required.

Qualifications

Proficiency in verbal and written communication, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills
Organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is advantageous
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
