Location: Knovista Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Kochi
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: 2nd Saturdays & Sundays
Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probation – 1 paid leave allowed during probation)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and students in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
• Maintain visitor records and manage daily front desk operations.
• Support administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, student queries, and event support.

Requirements

• Female candidate with a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
• Proactive, confident, and capable of multitasking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
• Prior experience in front office or customer service roles preferred.
