Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests courteously upon arrival.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Assign rooms and issue room keys accurately.
  • Manage guest requests, queries, and complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for room readiness.
  • Maintain accurate guest information and registration records.
  • Handle billing, payments, and prepare invoices correctly.
  • Balance cash and prepare cashier reports at shift end.
  • Promote hotel facilities and upsell rooms or packages.
  • Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.
  • Handle telephone calls, messages, and emails professionally.
  • Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
  • Support the Front Office team in daily operations and emergencies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
