We are looking for a dynamic and professional Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a background in the service or hospitality industry. This role involves managing front desk operations, welcoming guests, handling calls, and ensuring smooth office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.● Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.● Answer and direct phone calls professionally, screening and forwarding as needed. ● Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities.● Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.● Ensure security protocols are followed, including visitor management.● Assist in administrative tasks and office coordination.● Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient workflow.
Key Requirements:
● Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
● Experience:
○ Minimum 1 year in the service or hospitality industry (preferred).
○ 3 years of total work experience (preferred).
● Skills & Competencies:
○ Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
○ Professional appearance and a pleasing personality.○ Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
○ Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency and grace.○ Familiarity with front office procedures and security protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
