Front Office Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Incharge of Customer Care back office.

2. Accountable for CCCF management, MIS, concern age analysis and other reports.

3. Monitoring Top 2 box ratings, analyse root causes for dissatisfaction and driving corrective and preventive actions.

4. Accountable for keeping high standards of housekeeping in customer interaction areas (eg: Reception, Customer Lounge, etc).

5. Drive service marketing activities through tele-calling to improve vehicle retention.

6. Planning customer events / clinics to build strong relationship with customers.

7. Upkeep of process circular file and sharing with all concerned.

SKILLS Requirement

a) Good People management skills with high level of empathy.

b) Should be well informed, alert, receptive and organized.

c) Must have good communication and listening skills with pleasing personality.

d) Good telephone etiquette

e) Ability to resolve softer concerns amicably, on the spot.

f) Should be passionate and capable of impart soft skills training to team members.

g) Through understanding of OEM Dealership operation.

Education

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in customer care or hospitability would be added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
