Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management:

    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  2. Administrative Support:

    • Maintain and organize office supplies and ensure a clean and welcoming reception area.
  3. Communication and Coordination:

    • Understand customer requirements and direct them to the concerned department.
    • Active listening skills to understand visitor needs and respond appropriately.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
  • Polished telephone etiquette and professional email drafting ability.
  • Pleasant personality with good presentation skills to greet and assist visitors.
  • Ability to warmly welcome architects, builders, dealers, and walk-in customers.
  • Maintain a customer-first attitude and ensure positive visitor experience.
