Job Description

Reception and guest services

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, screen calls, and forward them to the appropriate department.
  • Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and callers.
  • Maintain a tidy, presentable, and well-stocked reception area.

Administrative and clerical duties

  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and organizing of documents and records.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, keeping an inventory.
  • Operate office equipment like photocopiers and scanners.
  • Perform light bookkeeping and issue invoices if required.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.

Communication and coordination

  • Respond to emails and forward messages to the correct individuals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist with administrative support for other staff members.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
