Handling check in / check out of guests including solving guest issues if any
Responsibilities:Greet guests in a warm and professional manner upon their arrival.Handle the guest check-in process efficiently and accurately, including verifying reservation details, obtaining necessary identification and payment information, and assigning rooms.Manage the guest check-out process, including calculating and presenting bills, processing payments, and assisting with any queries regarding charges.Address and resolve guest issues, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously, escalating to the appropriate department or manager when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and dining options.Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.Assist with managing reservations, including new bookings, modifications, and cancellations.Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and , to ensure seamless guest service.Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and securely.Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
