Job Description

The front desk executive will be the first point of contact for stakeholders, visitors, clients, and employees. He will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering and transferring calls, and providing general administrative support to the organization. • Greet and welcome Stakeholders, visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the reception area. • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image. • Inform the relevant personnel about the visitor's arrival and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department. • Assist with various administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, managing courier services, and coordinating package deliveries. • Coordinate with other departments for visitor arrivals and scheduled meetings. • Keep track of visitor sign-in and sign-out processes. • Monitor and control access to the premises by issuing visitor badges, ensuring compliance with security protocols. • Provide general administrative support, such as data entry and filing. • Preparing Daily report as specified • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. • Managing logical access authority like CMS, (Canteen Management Software), Hikvision/CP Plus NVR (CCTV access), eSSL (Access Control System), etc. • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, ordering additional items when necessary. • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement and delivery of office supplies • Assist in coordinating company events, conferences, or meetings.
