Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service to guests, handling front office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. The role includes greeting and assisting guests, managing bookings and check-ins/check-outs, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities in English and Hindi

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Front Office management

• Experience in Customer Service and guest relations

• Management and housekeeping coordination skills

• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

• • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or office management are advantageous
