About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, articulate, and professional Front Office & Client Experience Executive to be the first point of contact for our wellness clients, luxury property visitors, and travel guests.

You will represent EarthStar and Starlite Wellness—brands focused on Wellness Real Estate, Transformational Travel, and Holistic Health Experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests and clients with a premium hospitality approach

• Handle front-desk operations: calls, emails, scheduling, walk-in inquiries

• Manage appointments for wellness programs, property visits, and retreats

• Maintain a serene, clean, and professional front-office environment

• Liaise with internal teams (wellness consultants, property advisors)

• Support events, workshops, and guest onboarding processes

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in front-office, guest relations, or hospitality

• Excellent communication in English (multi-lingual is a plus)

• Well-groomed, composed, and customer-oriented

• Comfortable using email, Microsoft office, google docs, and CRM tools

• Prior exposure to wellness, spa, travel, or property segments preferred

• Passion for wellness and premium hospitality
