Immediate Joiners preferred Roles and Responsibilities Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests. Handle guest queries and concerns in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure seamless room preparation and turnover. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and communications. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in front desk or front office management. Strong knowledge of front office operations, including guest handling and relationship management. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in administration work such as data entry and record-keeping.
