Dear Candidate , We are currently hiring for AFM position in Nagpur Location Nagpur Responsibilities: Soft Services Management: Oversee and coordinate soft services like housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, and front desk operations. Client and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and functionality to maintain client and occupant satisfaction. Vendor Management: Supervise and coordinate with vendors for contracted services, ensuring timely and quality performance. Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and managing soft services budgets, including purchase orders and expenditure tracking. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on service performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating site events, including festivals and special events. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and statutory requirements related to safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. Supervise and support housekeeping and front office staff, ensuring efficient service delivery.
