Job Description

The Front Office Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by managing front desk operations efficiently. The role includes handling guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant and seamless guest experience in line with hotel standards.

Greet guests warmly and ensure a professional and courteous welcome

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

Manage room reservations, cancellations, and amendments

Ensure accurate room allocation and maintain room status in PMS

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B departments for guest needs

Maintain guest records, billing accuracy, and cash/card transactions

Upsell rooms, hotel services, and promotions to enhance revenue

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards

Maintain front desk cleanliness and professional appearance

Handle telephone calls, emails, and internal communications

Ensure guest privacy, safety, and confidentiality at all times
